CHAPTER 636 PREPAID LIMITED HEALTH SERVICE ORGANIZATIONSAND DISCOUNT PLAN ORGANIZATIONS

Sections 624.422 and 624.423 apply to a discount plan organization as if the discount plan organization were an insurer.
