Fla. Stat. § 64.205: Commissioners.

If the court appoints commissioners pursuant to s. 64.061, each commissioner, in addition to the requirements and disqualifications applicable to commissioners in part I of this chapter, must be disinterested and impartial and not a party to or a participant in the action.
