Fla. Stat. § 641.3106: Construction of contracts.

Every health maintenance contract shall be construed according to the entirety of its terms and conditions as set forth in the contract and as amplified, extended, or modified by any application therefor or any rider, endorsement, attachment, or addendum thereto.
