Fla. Stat. § 641.422: Contract provisions incorporating charter or bylaw provisions.

No prepaid health clinic contract shall contain any provision purporting to make a portion of the charter, bylaws, or other constituent document of the clinic a part of the contract unless the provision is set forth in full in the contract. Any contract provision in violation of this section is invalid, unless the provision operates to the benefit of the subscriber.
