Fla. Stat. § 641.426: Delivery of contract to subscriber.

Unless delivered upon execution or issuance, every prepaid health clinic contract shall be mailed or delivered to the subscriber within 10 days of its execution or issuance, except when a condition required by the clinic has not been met by the applicant or subscriber.
