Fla. Stat. § 655.0321: Restricted access to certain hearings, proceedings, and related documents.

The office shall consider the public purposes specified in s. 119.14(4)(b) in determining whether the hearings and proceedings conducted pursuant to s. 655.033 for the issuance of cease and desist orders and s. 655.037 for the issuance of suspension or removal orders shall be closed and exempt from the provisions of s. 286.011, and whether related documents shall be confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1).
