Fla. Stat. § 671.212: Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.

This code modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. ss. 7001 et seq., except that nothing in this code modifies, limits, or supersedes 15 U.S.C. s. 7001(c) or authorizes electronic delivery of any of the notices described in 15 U.S.C. s. 7003(b).
