Fla. Stat. § 679.526: Filing-office rules.

Where this section sits in the code

The Department of State may adopt and publish rules to administer this chapter. The filing-office rules must be:

(1) Consistent with this chapter.

(2) Adopted and published in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
