Fla. Stat. § 683.14: Patriots’ Day.

Patriots’ Day is hereby recognized by the Florida Legislature as one of great historical significance. Public officials, schools, private organizations, and all citizens are encouraged to commemorate Patriots’ Day on April 19 of each year.
