  1. CHAPTER 687 INTEREST AND USURY; LENDING PRACTICES

No provision for the payment of attorney’s fees, or charge for exchange or similar charge shall render such instrument subject to the terms of any statute of this state, limiting the amount of interest which shall be charged on such instrument.
