Fla. Stat. § 713.19: Assignment of lien.

- CHAPTER 713 LIENS, GENERALLY
A lien or prospective lien, except that of a laborer, may be assigned by the lienor at any time before its discharge. The assignment may be recorded in the clerk’s office.
