CHAPTER 717 FLORIDA DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY ACT

Any person who claims entitlement to abandoned property by means of the death of one or more persons shall file a copy of the death certificate of the decedent or decedents that has been certified as being authentic by the issuing governmental agency.
