It is unlawful to discriminate in land use decisions or in the permitting of development based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, or religion, or, except as otherwise provided by law, based on the source of financing of a development or proposed development, including, but not limited to, financing of a development or on a proposed development for housing that is affordable as defined in s. 420.0004.
