- CHAPTER 771 ACTIONS FOR ALIENATION OF AFFECTIONS, CRIMINAL CONVERSATION,SEDUCTION, OR BREACH OF CONTRACT TO MARRY
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
