Fla. Stat. § 775.34: Membership in terrorist organizations.

(1) As used in this section, the term:

(a) “Designated foreign terrorist organization” has the same meaning as provided in s. 775.32.

(b) “Domestic terrorist organization” means an organization whose designation as such has been published in the Florida Administrative Register in accordance with s. 943.03102.

(2) A person who willfully becomes a member of a designated foreign terrorist organization or a domestic terrorist organization and serves under the direction or control of that organization with the intent to further the illegal acts of the organization commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
