Fla. Stat. § 817.021: False information to obtain a seaport security identification card.

A person who willfully and knowingly provides false information in obtaining or attempting to obtain a seaport security identification card commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
