Fla. Stat. § 823.02: Building bonfires.

CHAPTER 823 PUBLIC NUISANCES

Whoever is concerned in causing or making a bonfire within 10 rods of any house or building shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
