CHAPTER 876 CRIMINAL ANARCHY, TREASON, AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER

The Department of Legal Affairs, all state attorneys, the Department of State, and all law enforcement officers of this state shall each be charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of ss. 876.22-876.31.
