  1. CHAPTER 933 SEARCH AND INSPECTION WARRANTS

Any person who maliciously and without probable cause procures a search warrant to be issued and executed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
