Fla. Stat. § 933.27: Refusal to permit authorized inspection; penalty.

Any person who willfully refuses to permit an inspection authorized by a warrant issued pursuant to this act is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
