Fla. Stat. § 938.31: Incorporation by reference.

The purpose of this chapter is to facilitate uniform imposition and collection of court costs throughout the state and, to this end, a reference to this chapter, or to any section or subdivision within this chapter, constitutes a general reference under the doctrine of incorporation by reference.
