Fla. Stat. § 943.2566: Promotions; feasibility study to establish pool of evaluators to assess qualifications.

Upon the request of any participating criminal justice agency in its region, the center shall engage in a feasibility study to establish a qualified pool of evaluators to assess qualifications of inservice officers for purposes of determining promotions.
