Fla. Stat. § 943.63: Arrest by the Capitol Police.

- CHAPTER 943 DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT
A person arrested by an officer of the Capitol Police shall be delivered to the sheriff of the county in which the arrest takes place unless a notice to appear is issued.
