Fla. Stat. § 946.33: Disbursements from fund.

The funds in the Correctional Work Program Trust Fund shall be deposited in the State Treasury and paid out only on warrants drawn by the Chief Financial Officer, duly approved by the Department of Corrections. The department shall maintain all necessary records and accounts relative to such funds.
