Fla. Stat. § 985.195: Transfer to other treatment services.

Any child committed to the department may be transferred to intellectual disability, mental health, or substance abuse treatment facilities for diagnosis and evaluation pursuant to chapter 393, chapter 394, or chapter 397, as applicable, for up to 90 days.
