1 GCA § 1016: Farmers’ Appreciation Days.

The last Saturday in March in each year and the Sunday immediately following shall be known as Farmers’ Appreciation Days, and are hereby declared a special holiday in Guam in commemoration of the accomplishments of the farmers of Guam. I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi shall issue a proclamation calling upon the people of Guam to observe such event and shall appoint a committee to plan and make appropriate arrangements for the observing of this holiday.
