1 GCA § 1036: Breastfeeding Awareness Month.

(a) August of each year is hereby designated as “Breastfeeding Awareness Month,” to educate our community and promote the benefits of breastfeeding to infants and mothers.

(b) I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan shall issue annually a proclamation calling on all interested parties to hold activities on behalf of the practice of breastfeeding and to develop ways to support collective awareness of such activity.
