1 GCA § 1401: Guam - U. S. Military Advancement Commission Created.

The “Guam - U.S. Military Advancement (‘GUMA’) Commission” (‘GUMA Commission’) is created, as an integral part of the Office of I Maga’lahen Guåhan, for the purpose of studying, investigating and developing a mutually satisfying strategy for the enhancement and growth of the U.S. Military’s activities, involvement, participation and integration within the social, political and economic fabric of Guam, consistent with U.S. Military strategic national security doctrines, policies and missions.
