1 GCA § 1408: Report Required.

No later than April 30, 1999, the GUMA Commission shall prepare, and file with I Liheslaturan Guåhan, its final ‘Guam - U.S. Military Advancement Plan’ and ‘Economic Enhancement and Growth Plan’ mandated in this Chapter to study, investigate and develop a mutually satisfying strategy for the enhancement and growth of the U.S. Military’s activities, involvement, participation and integration within the social, political and economic fabric of Guam that is compatible with the U.S. Military defense mission for presentation to the President and the U.S. Congress, the Military Commands and through these channels, which may be expected to be interested in the issues involved. Interim reports shall likewise be made to I Liheslaturan Guåhan detailing, from time to time, the progress of the development of the plans.
