1 GCA § 2406: Quorum; Voting.

Chapter 24: Kumision Guåhan Fine'Nana on the Military Mission in Guam

Eight (8) members of the Kumision shall be required for a quorum. No meetings shall be held if a quorum is not present. Eight (8) affirmative votes are required for passage of any Kumision motion or resolution.
