The new plant nursery building at the Guam Department of Agriculture is named the “David J. T. Limtiaco Plant Nursery Building” in honor of David Joseph Torres Limtiaco, who served as the Chief of Forestry at the Forestry and Soil Resources Division of the Guam Department of Agriculture.
