ARTICLE 1: PLACE NAMES

The Sinajaña/Central Precinct shall be dedicated to and named the “Lieutenant Concepcion ‘Connie’ Balajadia Dueñas Police Station” upon its completion in honor of the late Lieutenant Concepcion “Connie” Balajadia Dueñas, who dedicated her life to the passion and love of caring for the island and people of Guam.
