ARTICLE 1: PLACE NAMES

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the George Washington High School Football Field shall be renamed the Loring Santos Cruz Field in recognition of the late Loring Santos Cruz, a distinguished athlete, coach, and educator who devoted his life to promoting health, sports, and education for the people of Guam.
