10 GCA § 19201: Public Health Emergency Planning Commission.

I Maga’låhen Guåhan [The Governor] shall appoint a Public Health Emergency Planning Commission (“Commission”), consisting of the government of Guam directors, or their designees, of agencies I Maga =låhen Guåhan [The Governor deems relevant to public health emergency preparedness, a representative group of Senators from I Liheslaturan Guahån [the Legislature], members of the Judiciary, and any other persons chosen by I Maga =låhen Guahån the Governor]. I Maga =låhen Guahån [The Governor] shall also designate the chair of the Commission.
