10 GCA § 20114: Accounting.

The Director shall keep a separate accounting of all funds spent from the special appropriation and this accounting shall be submitted to the Governor and Legislature at the end of each fiscal year. The accounting shall include the name of the owner of the property, the location of the property, the violation corrected and the cost of the project.
