10 GCA § 23107: New Building; Remodeling; Reconstruction.

When any eating and drinking establishment is constructed or extensively remodeled or when an existing structure is convert-ed for use as an eating and drinking establishment, then the owner or person in charge or control shall comply with the provisions of § 23102 of this Chapter and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
