10 GCA § 32119: Report of Hazardous Substance Incidents.

Every agency shall report incidents of exposure to hazardous substances defined by Section 32101(b)(4) of this Chapter to the Department within ten (10) days. The Department shall compile and maintain statistics of injuries and deaths attributed to said hazardous substances. The statistics shall not reveal the identity of any person who has been injured or dies as a result of exposure to said hazardous substances.
