10 GCA § 37104: Plague and International Quarantine.

The Director shall take any action necessary to prevent the introduction to Guam of plague infected rodents, and shall enforce the international quarantine regulations relative to the control of rodents at the commercial port, airport and for all vessels and other water craft arriving on Guam.
