10 GCA § 3803: Program.

There is hereby established within the Government of Guam, a public corporation and autonomous instrumentality called the Guam Community Health Centers (GCHC) to be administered by the Guam Community Health Centers Board of Directors (GCHCBD) and a Community Health Center Chief Executive Officer. The GCHC shall cover regions of Guam as the GCHCBD determines. The Guam Community Health Center Board and Chief Executive Officer shall adhere to the federal program requirements as stipulated by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSAs) rules and regulations.
