ARTICLE 10: ORDOT DUMP RESERVE FUND ACT

This Act shall be known as the “Ordot Dump Reserve Fund Act.” The purpose of this Act is to create a reserve fund to pay for costs associated with the closure and maintenance of the Ordot Dump, and the opening and current expansion of the Layon landfill.
