10 GCA § 51A105: Governance of the Authority.

All powers vested in the Authority, except as provided herein, shall be exercised by a GWSA Board of Directors comprised of five (5) members appointed by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi with the advice and consent of I Liheslatura. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum. The official vote of the majority of members shall be required for a decision of the Board. The Board may adopt Rules and Regulations pursuant to AAL governing the conduct of its affairs.
