10 GCA § 51A1108: Disclosure on Billings

All residential customer billings shall disclose the following:
(a) the regular residential rate;
(b) the GSWA subsidy (the difference between regular and lifeline rate), if applicable; and
(c) any external subsidies to include but are not limited, General Fund Appropriations or Federal grants in aid.
