10 GCA § 51A810: Issues of Bonds.

An indenture may provide for one (1) or several series of bonds and that any series may be divided into one (1) or more divisions with different maturities or dates of issue, different rates of interest or methods for determining such rates, or different terms and conditions for the bonds of the several series or divisions. It is not necessary that all bonds of the same authorized series be of the same kind or character, have the same security, or be of the same interest rate, but the terms thereof shall in each case be as authorized by I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan.
