10 GCA § 51A813: Duties and Powers of Trustee.

The government shall prescribe in any indenture the duties and powers of the trustee with respect to the issuance, authentication, sale and delivery of the bonds provided for in such indenture and with respect to the payment of principal of and interest on such bonds, the redemption thereof, the registration and discharge from registration thereof and the administration of any and all funds provided as security therefore.
