10 GCA § 51A912: No Personal Liability.

Neither I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan, the Director, any employee of the Department, any employee of the government nor any elected official of the government shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any amounts due under any lease or lease-back, or for any other liability arising in connection with a lease or lease-back; provided, however, that nothing in this § 51A912, Title 10, Guam Code Annotated, shall relieve any employee or elected official from the performance of any ministerial duty required by law.
