(a) Subsidized Vehicle. A privately owned vehicle utilized by police officers for on-duty law enforcement purposes for which an allowance will be provided by the Government of Guam.

(b) Official Mileage. An allowance for vehicular travel expenses at a certain rate per mile while performing official duty as prescribed under § 56101(a).
