10 GCA § 60105: Shooting Gallery.

Any person who is in the business of operating a shooting gallery shall register with the Department of Revenue and Taxation under the terms and conditions set forth in this Chapter and the rules and regulations adopted hereunder before engaging in the business of a shooting gallery.
