10 GCA § 63600: Facilities to be Maintained.

The government of Guam shall maintain adequate armories, shops, ranges and sites suitable for training, assembly, maintenance, storage and other purposes as may be required for each unit of the Guam National Guard; such buildings and sites may be leased, constructed or financed out of Guam appropriation by cooperative arrangements between the government of Guam and the Federal government.
