10 GCA § 64106: Federal Service.

Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as authorizing the Guam Militia, or any part thereof, to be called, ordered or in any manner drafted, as such, into the military service under any law of the United States. No person shall be a member of the Guam Militia while a federally recognized member of the National Guard, or any active or reserve military organization.
