10 GCA § 70102: Lifeguards: Beach Front Property. Lifeguards Required on Beach Front Property.

All hotels and all other persons using beach front property commer-cially for recreational purposes, shall employ on such beach front property between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily a full-time lifeguard, certified by the American Red Cross to be qualified for such employment.
